Hi and welcome to Handled Pottery Studio! A bit of history, our studio begin as a creative space in the village of Carlsbad over 10 years ago. Over the years our studio has evolved to meet the needs of our growing community. Our mission remains: to unite individuals while cultivating a creative outlet through the use of clay. We’ve worked hard to foster a supportive and welcoming “CLAYUNITY” for all. Whether you are seeking a new hobby, igniting an old flame, or interested in fine-tuning your clay skills we invite you to come build with us.

Gift Certificates

Various options to choose from: Date Night, Coffee & Clay, Beginning wheel classes, Intermediate Classes, and After school clay camp. Available both in person and online.

Picking Up Finished Work

We try our best to have your creations ready 2 weeks after your appointment. You should receive an email when your work is ready to be picked up; if you haven’t received an email within two weeks, feel free to email or drop by the studio. We will hold work for 14 days after the reminder email is generated. Please reach out if you can’t make it in and we are happy to set work aside or ship to you for an additional fee. Shipping is available at a flat rate.
